John White and Richard Hall Speak at Federal Securities Institute

On February 11 and 12, 2009, Cravath partners John W. White and Richard Hall spoke at the “27th Annual Federal Securities Institute,” a two-day conference in Miami presented by West Legalworks. On the first day, Richard spoke on a panel entitled “Hostile Deals and Takeover Defense” and on the second day, John spoke on a panel entitled “The SEC—Taking Leadership to Protect Markets and Investors.”
