John White Chairs and Speaks at 38th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

On January 19 to 21, 2011, Cravath partner John W. White served as Institute Chair at the “38th Annual Securities Regulation Institute: Focused Solutions for a Turbulent Market,” sponsored by Northwestern University School of Law and held in Coronado, California. The conference provided an in-depth analysis of recent laws and developments in the corporate and securities law field. In addition to chairing the Institute, John led a panel discussion entitled “Corporate Governance and the Changing World of Director Elections,” interviewed SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter as the Institute’s keynote presentation and led a discussion with Meredith Cross, Director of the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC.
