John White Chairs and Speaks at Northwestern Law’s Annual Institute

On January 20 to 22, 2010, Cravath partner John W. White served as Institute Chair at the “37th Annual Securities Regulation Institute: Practical Advice for Troubled Times.” The program, sponsored by the Northwestern University School of Law, was held in Coronado, California. As part of the Institute, John chaired a panel discussion on January 20 entitled “The Changing World of Director Elections and Proxy Access.”
