John White Chairs Panel at 39th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

On January 19, 2012, Cravath partner John W. White participated in the “39th Annual Securities Regulation Institute,” sponsored by Northwestern University School of Law and held in Coronado, California. John served as chair of a panel entitled “Accounting & Auditing Updates,” which discussed audit firm rotation, the complexities of IPO accounting, loss contingencies and the SEC’s viewpoint on disclosure of patent exclusivity and expiration.
