John White Chairs Panel at 41st Annual Securities Regulation Institute

On January 28, 2014, Cravath partner John W. White, Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory practice, participated in the 41st Annual Securities Regulation Institute, presented by Northwestern University School of Law and held in Coronado, California. John served as chair of a panel entitled “Understanding What’s Going on with the Numbers: Accounting and Auditing Developments for 2014.” Panelists discussed current financial reporting trends, revenue recognition, upcoming changes to the auditors’ reporting model and the recent focus on audit committees.
