John White Co-Chairs SEC Conference

On June 10, 2010, Cravath partner John W. White Co-Chaired the 14th Annual “SEC Regulation Outside the United States” conference held in London. John moderated two panels, entitled “Capital Transactions in 2010: Considerations for Deal Lawyers” and “Being a Public Company in 2010: Governance, Disclosure and Shareholder Relations,” which included SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter and IASB board member Patricia McConnell.
