John White, Mike Schler and Faiza Saeed Speak at Institute on Mergers & Acquisitions

On October 13 - 14, 2011, Cravath partners John W. White, Michael L. Schler and Faiza J. Saeed spoke at the “Eighth Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions,” a conference co-sponsored by the Penn State Dickinson School of Law and the New York City Bar Association. John spoke on a panel entitled “SEC Developments Regarding M&A, Including Perspectives on Activist Shareholders,” Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Private Company Acquisition: A Mock Negotiation, including Perspectives on Investment Banking, Tax, and European Issues” and Faiza spoke on a panel entitled “Deal Lawyers’ Guide to Major Issues in Drafting Public Company Acquisition Agreements.”
