John White Moderates Audit Committee Panel at PLI’s Corporate Governance Conference

On February 10, 2016, Cravath partner John W. White, Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory Practice, participated in “Corporate Governance ‑ A Master Class 2016,” a conference presented by Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. John moderated a panel entitled “Renewed Change and Pressure for the Audit Committee – New Things to Do and Say.”
