John White Moderates Panel and Yonatan Even Speaks at the Society for Corporate Governance’s 2019 National Conference

Cravath partners John W. White and Yonatan Even participated in the Society for Corporate Governance’s 2019 National Conference, which was held on June 26-29, 2019, in San Diego. John moderated the accounting and auditing panel, which included discussion of non-GAAP measures in proxies, drafting risk factors and interviews of audit chairs during PCAOB auditor inspections, as well as recent SEC enforcement actions. Yonatan spoke on a panel entitled “Monopoly Board: Antitrust, Company Strategy & Risk,” which covered recent trends in antitrust enforcement in the US and Europe and antitrust “rules of the road” for in-house lawyers.
