John White Participates in Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Conference

On April 16, 2013, Cravath partner John W. White participated in a panel discussion on “Materiality and the Reasonable Investor” as part of a day‑long conference organized by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board and hosted by Bloomberg LP. The panelists included leading figures in the fields of securities law, accounting and capital markets. The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board is a non‑profit organization engaged in the development and dissemination of industry‑specific accounting standards for the disclosure of environmental, social and governance matters.
