John White Speaks at 2011 NYU Directors’ Institute

On May 6, 2011, Cravath partner John W. White spoke at the 2011 NYU Directors’ Institute, sponsored by New York University’s Pollack Center for Law & Business, in a program entitled “Corporate Governance: A New Governance Landscape?” John participated in a panel called “Audit Committee in Times of Crisis,” where he discussed recent developments at the FASB, the PCAOB and the SEC related to audit committees.
