John White Speaks at Compensation Committee Leadership Network

On June 3, 2010, Cravath partner John W. White was the featured speaker at the Compensation Committee Leadership Network’s Chicago meeting of compensation committee chairs. John addressed upcoming changes in executive compensation and corporate governance expected to emerge from pending financial reform legislation.
