John White Speaks at Corporate and Securities Law Institute

On April 28, 2011, Cravath partner John W. White spoke at the 31st Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute, which was held at Northwestern University Law School in Chicago. John led the discussions of loss contingencies and of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as part of the “Disclosure and Accounting Developments” segment of the Institute.
