John White Speaks at Executive Compensation Forum

On December 1, 2011, Cravath partner John W. White spoke at the “Executive Compensation Forum” held in New York City, which was presented by the University of Delaware’s Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and The Conference Board Governance Center. The forum addressed how boards can best manage and engage shareholders. John spoke on a panel entitled “Advice and Counsel from a Legal Perspective.”
