John White Speaks at PLI’s 12th Annual Directors’ Institute on Corporate Governance

On November 24, 2014, Cravath partner John W. White, Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory practice, spoke at the 12th Annual Directors’ Institute on Corporate Governance presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. John spoke on a panel entitled “The Growing Role of the Audit Committee,” which discussed the growing responsibilities of audit committees, the heightened focus by regulators on audit committees and new initiatives by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
