John White Speaks at PwC Seminar

On December 18, 2013, Cravath partner John White, Co‑Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory practice, participated in “Key Considerations for Board and Audit Committee Members,” a seminar presented by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and held in New York City. John spoke, together with Russell Golden, Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, and Mike Gallagher, head of PwC’s National Office, on a panel entitled “The Regulatory and Rule‑Making Agendas: What to Expect.” The panel discussed the current SEC environment and key priorities of the SEC, FASB and PCAOB, including Dodd‑Frank rulemaking and enforcement.
