John White Speaks at the Society for Corporate Governance’s 2022 National Conference

On June 23, 2022, Cravath partner John W. White participated in the Society for Corporate Governance’s 2022 National Conference, which took place in Chicago. John spoke on a featured panel entitled “ESG Reporting 2.0 Course,” which focused on engagement with investors on ESG matters, producing reliable ESG data, Board responsibilities for oversight of ESG and the SEC’s climate proposal.
