John White Speaks at University of Delaware Series

On March 16, 2010, the University of Delaware’s John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance Distinguished Speaker Series luncheon remarks will be given by Cravath partner John W. White. John, who is the former Director of the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance, will present his views on federal and state roles in corporate governance and current SEC proposals in this arena.
