John White Speaks on JOBS Act

On May 30, 2012, Cravath partner John W. White spoke at “JOBS Act 2012: What You Need to Know,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. John moderated a panel entitled “IPO On-Ramp,” which discussed “testing-the-waters” communications, the confidential review process, new “scaled” disclosure alternatives and accounting, auditing and corporate governance considerations for emerging growth companies.
