On September 19, 2022, Cravath partner Jonathan J. Katz participated in the International Bar Association’s 7th Annual Corporate Governance Conference, which was held from September 19‑20, 2022 in Frankfurt, Germany. Jon co‑chaired a session entitled “Executive Compensation During the Pandemic and Beyond,” which explored recent corporate governance developments and activity in the executive compensation space over the past few years, along with relevant considerations for the future including the evolution of performance‑based compensation, key European and United States compensation trends and recent regulatory developments.
