Jon Katz Participates in the IBA’s 6th Annual Corporate Governance Conference

Cravath partner Jonathan J. Katz participated in the International Bar Association’s 6th Annual Corporate Governance Conference, which was held from December 5-6, 2019, in Frankfurt, Germany.

Jon co-chaired a session on evolving regulatory issues in the field of executive compensation entitled “Current Developments in Executive Compensation.”
