JPMorgan Chase’s Offering of Depositary Shares

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $900 million offering of depositary shares representing preferred stock of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services firm and one of the largest banking institutions in the United States. The transaction closed on November 7, 2019.
