Julie North Speaks at PLI Seminar

On May 6, 2010, Cravath partner Julie A. North will speak at “Delaware Law Developments 2010: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know,” a seminar and live webcast in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute. Julie will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Ethical Pitfalls in Appearing Before the Delaware Courts: Traps for the Unwary,” in which ethical issues relating to Delaware’s role in U.S. corporate and securities law will be discussed.
