Karin DeMasi Speaks at Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute

On September 20, 2011, Cravath partner Karin A. DeMasi spoke at the “Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Karin spoke on a panel entitled “Today’s Securities Litigation Frontier: Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives,” which discussed recent Supreme Court opinions on materiality, class certification and primary liability, foreign issuers sued in the U.S. and the future of securities litigation.
