Karin DeMasi Speaks at Securities Litigation Seminar

On April 26, 2012, Cravath partner Karin A. DeMasi spoke at “Handling a Securities Case 2012: From Investigation to Trial and Everything in Between,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Karin spoke on a panel entitled “Commencement of a Civil Action: Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, Coordinating Multiple Actions,” which discussed recent developments in securities law.
