Karin DeMasi Speaks on Securities Litigation

On April 25, 2013, Cravath partner Karin A. DeMasi participated in “Handling a Securities Case 2013: From Investigation to Trial and Everything in Between,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Karin spoke on a panel entitled “Commencement of a Civil Action: Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, Coordinating Multiple Actions,” in which she discussed motion‑to‑dismiss strategy, recent developments in securities law and coordinating multiple actions.
