Keith Hummel Speaks at Patent Litigation Conference

On October 6, 2014, Cravath partner Keith R. Hummel spoke at “Patent Litigation 2014,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in Chicago, Illinois. Keith spoke on a panel entitled “The Art and Science of Persuasion,” which discussed key considerations for presenting a strong patent litigation case at trial.
