KION Group’s Private Placement of New Ordinary Bearer Shares

Cravath represented the KION Group AG in connection with its €459 million private placement of new ordinary bearer shares. The KION Group is one of the two largest suppliers of forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and related services. The shares were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on July 22, 2016.
