Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $750 million registered senior notes offering of KLA Corporation, a leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related nanoelectronics industries. The transaction closed on February 1, 2024.

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $3 billion registered senior notes offering of KLA Corporation, a leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related nanoelectronics industries. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with KLA Corporation’s concurrent debt tender offer for up to $500 million of its 4.650% senior notes due 2024. The registered senior notes offering closed on June 23, 2022 and the debt tender offer closed on July 7, 2022.
