Morgan Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, MUFG and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, in connection with the $750 million registered senior notes offering of KLA Corporation, a leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related nanoelectronics industries. The transaction closed on February 28, 2020.
