Cravath Publishes Winter 2026 Issue of Alumni Journal
Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $1.2 billion registered senior notes offering of KLA‑Tencor Corporation, a leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related nanoelectronics industries. Proceeds of the offering were used to refinance debt incurred in connection with KLA‑Tencor’s acquisition of Orbotech Ltd. The transaction closed on March 20, 2019.
The Cravath team included partner Andrew J. Pitts and associates Yannick Adler and Tyler J. Cook on securities matters, and associate Cecily Xi on tax matters. Christopher M. Tierney also worked on securities matters.
