L3Harris Technologies, Inc.’s Registered Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Barclays, HSBC, J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $650 million registered notes offering of L3Harris Technologies, Inc., a global aerospace and defense technology innovator. The transaction closed on November 25, 2020.
