Lauren Angelilli Speaks at ABA Section of Taxation’s 2017 Fall CLE Meeting

On September 16, 2017, Cravath partner Lauren Angelilli participated in the “2017 Joint Fall CLE Meeting,” hosted by the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation and Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, in Austin, Texas. Lauren spoke on the Corporate Tax panel, entitled “Exploring the Boundaries of General Utilities Repeal,” which addressed current and historical issues surrounding the scope of General Utilities repeal and possible government action under Section 337(d).
