Lauren Angelilli Speaks at PLI’s 2019 Tax Strategies Conference

Cravath partner Lauren Angelilli participated in “Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin‑Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings 2019,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City from October 16‑18, 2019. Lauren spoke on a panel entitled “Selected Seller and Buyer Issues, Including Negotiating and Drafting Tax Provisions in Acquisition Agreements,” which discussed key risk allocation issues and tax due diligence, as well as the continued impact of the 2017 Tax Act on the agreement and negotiation process.
