Lauren Angelilli Speaks on International Taxation

On July 14, 2011, Cravath partner Lauren Angelilli spoke at the “Summer Institute in Taxation,” presented by the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Lauren spoke on a panel entitled “International Mergers and Acquisitions: U.S. Tax Considerations and Planning Techniques,” which was part of the “Advanced International Taxation” program.
