Lauren Moskowitz Honored as a 2018 Rising Star by the New York Law Journal

On October 10, 2018, Cravath partner Lauren A. Moskowitz was honored by the New York Law Journal as a 2018 “Rising Star.” The award, which was presented at the New York Legal Awards event, recognizes attorneys for “influence in their practice areas in New York and beyond,” as well as “strong leadership qualities” and professional expertise. In connection with the award, Lauren was featured in an article in which the NYLJ highlights her role representing Credit Suisse in residential mortgage‑backed securities litigation, eliminating billions of dollars in claims against the company in the last few years, and recently obtaining a favorable ruling before New York’s highest court on the issue of statute of limitations under the Martin Act.
