Lauren Moskowitz Speaks at Yale Law School

On March 1, 2016, Cravath partner Lauren A. Moskowitz spoke at a Yale Law Women event entitled “Art of Litigation with Lauren Moskowitz,” held at Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut. Lauren discussed her pro bono representation of Ms. Montoya Alvarez in the international custody dispute case Lozano v. Alvarez, which she argued from trial up through the U.S. Supreme Court. Lauren also shared her trial advocacy skills, tips and techniques for being an effective litigator.
