Law360 Names Cravath a “Benefits Practice Group of the Year”

On February 15, 2019, Cravath was named one of Law360’s “Benefits Practice Groups of the Year” in recognition of the Firm’s leading role in providing benefits advice on some of the largest and most complex deals of 2018.

The article highlights the Firm’s “small but mighty” executive compensation and benefits group and its success in navigating challenges for clients in high‑profile combinations, including Time Warner’s $109 billion sale to AT&T and Disney’s pending $85 billion acquisition of Fox, as well as in complex, cross‑border deals, such as Linde’s $70 billion merger of equals with Praxair and AXA’s $15.3 billion acquisition of XL Group.
