Law360 Names Cravath as an “M&A Group of the Year” for Fifth Consecutive Year

The article notes the Firm’s role in marquee deals, including representing H.J. Heinz Company in its $60 billion merger with Kraft Foods Group to create The Kraft Heinz Company, Anheuser‑Busch InBev in its pending $108 billion acquisition of SABMiller plc and Royal Dutch Shell plc in its $81.5 billion acquisition of BG Group plc, the largest deal in the first half of 2015.
