Lawdragon Names Cravath Partners to its 2021 List of Leading Dealmakers

Lawdragon announced the inclusion of 32 Cravath partners in its 2021 list of the “500 Leading Dealmakers in America.” The list recognized lawyers who “set the pace for lawyering in the financial world” in the areas of M&A, capital markets, corporate governance, finance, private equity and investment funds, and tax, and noted the role of the honorees in negotiating deals to help businesses, brokering mergers and “combinations that preserved precious jobs and kept innovation afloat.”
