Lazard’s Registered Senior Notes Offering and Concurrent Notes Tender Offer

Cravath represented Lazard Group LLC (“Lazard”) in connection with its $500 million registered senior notes offering and its related concurrent notes tender offer. Lazard is one of the world’s preeminent financial advisory and asset management firms. The senior notes offering transaction closed on September 19, 2018. Early settlement for the notes tender offer is expected to occur on September 28, 2018, with final settlement expected to occur on October 12, 2018.
