Len Teti Authors Article on Corporate Inversions

Cravath partner J. Leonard Teti II authored an article entitled “The World Turned Upside Down: Understanding Corporate Inversions,” published in the September issue of Corporate LiveWire’s Tax 2014 Expert Guide. The article, which was written before the Treasury Department issued Notice 2014-52 on September 22, 2014, discusses the benefits of inversions and provides insight into their statutory and regulatory framework.
