On March 30, 2023, Cravath partner J. Leonard Teti II participated in the 23rd Annual U.S. and Europe Tax Practice Trends Conference, which was held March 29‑31, 2023 in Zurich, Switzerland and presented by the International Bar Association Taxes Committee, American Bar Association Tax Section and USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association. Len co‑chaired the panel entitled “Is My Footprint Big Enough? Implementing ATAD 3 – Substance Requirements and Impact on Transatlantic Investment Structures,” which discussed case studies related to the proposed Anti‑Tax Avoidance Directive 3 of the European Commission.

Cravath represented Monogram Health Holdings, Inc. in connection with its $375 million Series C financing round, consisting of a private placement of series C preferred stock. Monogram Health Holdings is the parent company of Monogram Health, Inc., a leading kidney‑disease‑focused benefit management and care delivery company. The transaction closed on December 23, 2022.
