Len Teti Speaks at USC Gould School of Law’s 2016 Tax Institute

On January 25, 2016, Cravath partner J. Leonard Teti II participated in the USC Gould School of Law 2016 Tax Institute, held in Los Angeles, California. Len spoke on a panel entitled “Tax Benefits in M&A Transactions: What is the Law? Can I Change it by Contract?,” which discussed tax attributes arising from M&A deals, legal issues surrounding allocated tax benefits and how buyers and sellers can provide different results in M&A contracts.
