Len Teti Speaks at USC Gould Tax Institute

On January 28, 2013, Cravath partner J. Leonard Teti II spoke at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law Tax Institute, held in Los Angeles, California. Len spoke on a panel entitled “Intragroup Restructurings: A Tax Director’s Toolkit,” which discussed the various structures and considerations for intragroup restructurings, including all‑cash D reorganizations, Section 304 transactions, mergers, liquidations and internal spinoffs, as well as recent IRS guidance in these areas.
