Morgan Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mizuho Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$650 million registered high‑yield senior debt offering of Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders and a provider of real estate related financial services. The transaction closed on April 28, 2017.
