Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, Mizuho Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$600 million registered senior debt offering of Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders and a provider of real estate‑related financial services. The transaction closed on January 20, 2017.
