Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mizuho Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and RBC Capital Markets, in connection with the US$400 million registered senior notes offering of Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders and a provider of real estate‑related financial services. The transaction closed on November 5, 2015.
