LexisNexis’s Joint Venture with Knowable

On July 18, 2019, LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX Group and a global provider of information and analytics, announced that it has entered into an agreement to form a joint venture with Knowable, a leader in enterprise contract intelligence. Knowable will provide LexisNexis customers with leading contract analytics alongside the existing portfolio of advanced technology‑enabled decision tools and analytics. Cravath is representing RELX Group in connection with the transaction.
