LexisNexis’s Joint Venture with LEAP Legal Software

On May 8, 2019, LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX Group and a global provider of information and analytics, and LEAP Legal Software, a global provider of cloud‑based legal software solutions, announced that they have entered into an agreement to form a joint venture to support the growth and development of PCLaw and Time Matters, law firm practice management software solutions for small‑to‑medium sized law firms. Cravath is representing RELX Group in connection with the transaction.
